Applicants should have at least three (3) years experience with carpet shampooing and extraction, as well as with burnishing, stripping, and waxing various types of floors. We are looking for candidates who are capable of multi-tasking, and have a strong work ethic.

• Minimum three (3) years prior experience with carpet and floor care required
• Must be physically fit (able to lift items up to 75 lbs.)
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Loso’s Professional Janitorial Services, Inc. is looking for experienced cleaners for full/part time work, days or evenings. Depending on the client site to be cleaned, the person in this role will be responsible for such duties as office dusting (high/low), carpet vacuuming, sweeping/mopping of floors, entryway cleaning, rest room cleaning/disinfecting, paper/soap dispenser restocking, and kitchen cleaning, among other activities. We are looking for candidates who are capable of multi-tasking, and have a strong work ethic.
